When you order products from www.foraromatherapy.com you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products right to your door! Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.
All items purchased from www.foraromatherapy.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
* NOTE * Please check all addresses carefully. www.foraromatherapy.com guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Most orders are shipped within 96 hours Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 15:00 pm (UTC/GMT +2 hours) regarding all Europe orders. For orders outside EU, products are shipped within 110 hours. As soon as you product is send we will send you an email confirmation of sending the product and the proximal date and time of delivery.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/volume of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Additionally, please note that delivery time is based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed. REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY!
If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Refund and Exchange Policy at the bottom of this page.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER VIA POST.
Print out a postage label from your local post-office. Pack the item(s) for return. Put the postage label on the front, and don’t forget to include a copy of the invoice inside the package.
Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know we received it and refunded you. The refund will appear in your bank account in about 3-5 days (depending on the way you paid us, i.e. paypal, c.c. , banktranfer ……) If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.

COOL DOWN PERIOD.
You can free of charge cancel your order within 24 hours after you paid your order with us, you will receive a full refund including the shipping cost. Refunded within 48 hours the same way you paid your order.
As soon as you received a email that the products are shipped from our store/shop/office we can’t refund the shipping cost.
CHANGE OF MIND.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
Item(s) must be unopened, not broken, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
Cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Furthermore, please note that products delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom clearance and relevant fees; the company cannot be held liable for any other costs that may be added to these subject to different national legislation’s. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be; on the contrary, the consumer is in a better position to have knowledge or be aware of them or, at least, of the possibility of their existence and, for this reason, we recommend you check this possibility before placing an order on our website.
Each country has its own customs policy, so you should first contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please bear in mind that, when ordering from www.foraromatherapy.com, you are considered the importer of goods and must observe all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.
